How do I cancel my subscription?

Whether you have your account information or not, we can guide you through the process of canceling your subscription. There are a couple ways that you can cancel your subscription to one of our websites.

Contact us, and we will do it for you

We are more than happy to cancel your account for you at any time. You can contact us via chat, phone or email. Whichever is the most convenient for you. We will cancel your account right away.

Cancel your account subscription online

If you know the site, email and password you’re signed up for you can cancel your account online. Just follow the simple steps below. We're standing by, if you need any assistance at all.

• Step 1. Navigate to the site you joined.
• Step 2. If you are not automatically logged in, please login in with your email address and password. Then continue to My Account
• Step 3. Navigate to the Subscriptions box, and select the product you wish to cancel. Then click the Cancel button.
• Step 4. Please check you email, if the cancellation was successful, you would have received an email from us stating so.

If you do not receive a cancellation email, please wait a couple of minutes, if you still do not receive a notification of cancellation, please contact us by phone 1-844-364-1744 or via email support@pha-services.com

Refund Options for our services

If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 60 days after purchase, simply delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.

Need a refund because someones used your card fraudulently?

If you are convinced that you did not purchase a membership on any of our sites and that your credit card was used fraudulently please let us know. We will refund the amount in all cases of fraud.

I haven't used the subscription in months, can you issue a refund?

We understand that sometimes our members' life circumstances change. If you haven't had time to use the service, let us know. In any case that it is clear you have not used the service, we will issue an immediate refund.
